COVID-19 Update from MassPrinting

To our Clients and Partners,

MassPrinting is carefully monitoring the progression of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), with the main concerns being the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners. We will continue to follow the directions and suggestions of the WHO, the CDC, and local authorities as the situation progresses. We want to assure you that MassPrinting is fully committed to limiting the impact to your business operations during this time.   Accordingly, we are taking the following steps:

Partner Print and Mail Facilities

At this time, we have validated that our partner facilities are well equipped and prepared to remain operational during this event. We have reviewed and discussed business continuity plans with our partners and are confident that each facility is prepared to enact these plans should the situation require it. If there is a need to enact business continuity plans at any of our processing facilities, we will communicate directly to you.  All partner facilities have implemented several operational responses to help alleviate impact.  Some examples include:

  • Restricted travel

  • Restricted incoming visitors to all facilities

  • Implemented additional production environment sanitization procedures

  • Implemented a structured remote and on premises work schedule

USPS Mailing Operations

USPS is continuing normal mailing operations at this time and is not experiencing any operational impacts. The CDC states that there is a very low risk of transmission of the virus through the mail. Any updates from USPS can be found using this link:  https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/

Alternative Work Capabilities and Travel

MassPrinting employees are fully prepared and capable of working remotely to limit the spread of the virus and protect the health of our employees. We do not expect any impacts to our operational support of continuing business during this time. Additionally, we will be monitoring all employee travel and events, limiting to only necessary circumstances.
