This was the 3rd year MassPrinting attended the AAIS Annual Main Event as a supporting sponsor. The show was held this year at the Margaritaville Resort in sunny Hollywood, Florida! This event is AAIS’s annual member conference and it brings together a good mix of Property & Casualty insurance industry professionals for a couple days of learning, networking, and fun.

The AAIS Main Event has evolved over the past three years and continues to reflect the significantly evolving environment in the Property & Casualty industry. The conference is smaller than some of the national conferences, which allows for a more focused and intimate look at shifting trends in P&C insurance. Panels and sessions were led by industry experts on topics such as Insurtech, Blockchain, and Big Data. There were also sessions and information on evolving Regulatory and Compliance initiatives, with the highlight being a panel of Insurance Commissioners from multiple states discussing some of their ongoing challenges. In addition to all this, there were updates on products and technologies that are enabling new ways of providing insurance to meet the changing market demands.

The AAIS team also did a great job of mixing in open networking activities in a relaxed environment. This allowed industry leaders from carriers and product/service providers to interact and exchange ideas.
