Andy Pallotta, Founder & CEO
Andy Pallotta is founder and CEO of MassPrinting. He started MassPrinting in 1990 and grew the company to an industry leader in the commercial printing industry. Under Andy’s leadership, MassPrinting remains a commercial print industry leader today with over 500 customers and the especially coveted title of “Official printer of the Boston Red Sox”.
In 2001, MassPrinting was out in front of the technology transformation happening in the print industry. Under Andy's leadership, MassPrinting invested in a technology solutions business focused on print and electronic document fulfillment. With a strategic focus on technology innovation, partnerships and ROI, Andy has built a business that helps clients transform their current document fulfillment from “cost of business” to “competitive differentiator”. His vision of providing practical solutions to solve real business problems has helped MassPrinting double in size over the past 5 years.
Andy graduated from Indiana University with a business degree from the Kelley School of Business and was also a member of IU’s NCAA men’s diving team. Andy resides in Andover, Massachusetts, with his wife, Kathy. He has three adult children and two grandkids.
Bill Crowley, Vice President, Sales
Bill joined MassPrinting in January 2012 and is responsible for all sales functions for MassPrinting’s document print and electronic fulfillment business.
He brings a wealth of executive management experience in sales, business development and operations in the technology and insurance industries.
Prior to MassPrinting, Bill spent two years at AgencyPort Software where he was responsible for managing and growing AgencyPort’s strategic account business. He has also held executive and senior sales positions at Homesite Insurance, Bell MicroProducts Inc., NetworkEngines Inc, and SunMicrosystems Inc. Bill resides in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, with his wife Tracy. He has two adult daughters.
Barry Crawford, Chief Technology Officer
Since 2003, Barry has been providing innovative print and electronic fulfillment solutions for MassPrinting’s Transaction Output customers. Barry is responsible for listening to the needs of our clients and identifying solutions that will convert inefficient output processes into value-added growth vehicles. This includes technology and business analysis; developing requirements, ROI, proposals, product evaluations, project plans, metrics; and implementing solutions for customer success.
His previous positions include serving as VP of Product Development at PFPC, Inc, where he was responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a $4M state-of-the-art automated document factory, and the Director, Operations Support at Anacomp, Inc.
Additionally, Barry is a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. He currently lives in Wellesley, MA with his wife.
Julie Webster, Controller
Julie joined MassPrinting in April, 2014, and is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finance and accounting, human resources, and office operations.
Julie brings over 25 years of experience in helping business owners and executives understand the financial impact of past, current and future business decisions. She also is experienced in establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems in order to produce timely and relevant financial information and to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state and federal authorities. Her entrepreneurial experience has provided her a unique business perspective that goes beyond the numbers.
Prior to joining MassPrinting, Julie co-owned Cornerstone Medical Services, LLC for 10 years, which provided independent medical examinations to insurance companies, government agencies and law firms. Julie was the Corporate Controller at 2 publicly traded companies, MedChem Products, Inc. and Spacetec, Inc. Julie also has extensive experience as a public accountant having worked at the large CPA firm, KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP, as well as consulting for a mid-size CPA firm, Moody, Famiglietti, & Andronico, LLP. Julie is a graduate of Bentley University and resides in Merrimac, MA, with her husband and 2 children.
Drew Tripp, Director of Operations
Drew joined MassPrinting in January 2019 and is responsible for driving all operations strategies for the company.
Drew brings a wealth of executive management experience in operations, sales, and business development in the technology and insurance industries. He is an accomplished senior executive with a history of building and leading high-performance organizations that help companies grow their markets through superior support and service delivery.
Drew previously held sales and professional services executive leadership positions with Agencyport Software and was most recently a member of the BriteCore sales team. He resides in Hamilton, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
Drew Stadterman, Project Manager
Drew joined MassPrinting in 2016 and is responsible for working closely with our Transaction Output clients to manage all aspects of their solution implementations. Drew gains a strong understanding of each client's needs, analyzing various aspects of their current business procedures, develops requirements to meet the client's expectations, and outlines and manages project plans that lead to successful implementations quickly and effortlessly.
Prior to MassPrinting, Drew worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance in various roles in their Commercial Lines Regulatory department, as well as their Personal Lines Claims Technology Group, where he was responsible for implementing large scale system changes with both internal and external clients. Drew holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, and currently resides in Portsmouth, NH.
Ken Rosenbusch, Lead Technical Developer
Ken joined MassPrinting in 2017 as the Lead Technical Developer. Using the most advanced document reengineering and composition tools in the market, he produces efficient output streams for print and electronic delivery. Ken is a nationally recognized expert in understanding and handling complex and inefficient data streams and turning them into usable elements to facilitate automated production processes.
Prior to MassPrinting, Ken worked in senior positions for some of the market leaders in data reengineering and high-volume document production, including Solimar Systems, Xpress Data Inc., and Anacomp. He is an expert in Dialogue, Solimar Print Director, Dot Net, SQL, and all common print stream formats. With his vast industry experience, Ken ensures MassPrinting is well positioned to handle any client data challenge.
Ken is originally from Amherst, OH, and has a technical degree from Columbus Technical Institute. He continued his education in Technical Management at DeVry University. Ken has 3 grown children and lives in San Diego, CA with his wife.
Peter Allain, Client Services Manager
Peter joined MassPrinting in February of 2017 and is responsible for managing the day to day operations with our Transaction Output clients.
Prior to joining MassPrinting, Peter worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance in various roles in their personal lines business unit. He worked as a National Catastrophe Claims adjuster and then as a Business Analyst for their product team where he was responsible for acting as a subject matter expert on claims technology projects.
Peter holds a BA in History with a focus in Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine where he competed for their baseball program. Peter is also working on completing his CPCU Insurance designation.
Fran Manning, Customer Service Specialist
Fran joined MassPrinting in 2000 and is responsible for managing mission critical projects and demanding customer expectations. From small and large projects, Fran takes vague customer requirements and provides specific job instructions to multiple vendors to fulfill orders. She has made an art of managing a wide number of designers, manufacturers, inventory management systems and mail houses to fulfill complicated projects and consistently exceed client expectations. Fran’s ability to turn complicated projects into a streamlined end product is one of the biggest reasons MassPrinting is selected over our competitors.
Prior to MassPrinting, Fran worked for The Credit Exchange in Stoneham for 5 years. Fran is the mother of two grown daughters and has 3 grandchildren.
Mike Dawley, Sales Representative
Mike joined MassPrinting in 2015 and is responsible for sales support for the commercial print business. Mike is also responsible for prospecting new customers as well as servicing existing commercial clients. He also has extensive knowledge of MassPrinting’s partners and their specific expertise, which enables him to provide solutions that best fit client’s needs.
Mike grew up in Winchester, MA, and is a 2014 graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
