Homesite Insurance Extends 15-Year Document Output Solutions Relationship with MassPrinting

Will Remain a MassPrinting Customer Through 2020

BOSTON, Mass. – June 9, 2016 – MassPrinting, Inc. announced today that Homesite Insurance has extended its relationship with MassPrinting to remain a customer through 2020. Since 2001 MassPrinting has handled all transactional printing for the insurance provider. In the years since, MassPrinting assisted Homesite in its rapid growth by helping it transition to a digital policy communications approach. This technology-led initiative allowed Homesite to seamlessly scale its document output solutions activities, improving customer interaction and operational efficiency.

Under this contract extension, MassPrinting will continue to manage Homesite’s document output solutions associated with its policy document distribution. This includes print and mail services, a bar code management and coordination system, check printing, analytics, strategic guidance, and a disaster recovery plan for policy print.

“MassPrinting’s technology solutions and insurance knowledge have helped us expand business lines and partnerships over the past fifteen years,” said Christopher Conti, Executive Vice President, Homesite Insurance. “They allow us to focus on insurance, while they focus on backend fulfillment.”

“We’re honored that Homesite has decided to extend their relationship with us,” said Andy Pallotta, President of MassPrinting. “They see value in our innovative approach, which has helped them meet their aggressive growth and expansion goals. We look forward to continuing to build on our strong relationship with them.”
